To ensure accuracy, 3D plastic moulds of the Royal orb were created. These were then used to produce a cast for the ultra-high grade 304 steel final product.
A screw top design of the bottle is encased within the orb which, when unscrewed, unveils a precision pouring spout, ensuring a seamless pouring experience. -
Ensuring meticulous attention was paid to each detail of St. Edward's Crown, our collaborators at Hotspur Gin utilised 3D printing technology to develop a mould for the ultra-high grade 304 steel creation.
This precise replica of St Edward's Crown is then suspended within the bottle, displaying the crown's regal beauty whilst still preserving the perfect gin flavour. -
Over the last 12 months our team have been dedicated to creating an innovating approach to place 3D objects into a spirit bottle.
Showcasing exceptional British craftsmanship, each bottle has been crafted in the UK, including a 3D printed base. From cutting and assembling to hand painting and finishing, no detail has been left overlooked in this truly unique piece.
